Spanning more than 20 years, the career of Tim Marcus has witnessed a complete transformation in photography from film and darkrooms to advanced high end digital photography however the skill to capturing a great photo remains the same. Tim sees the world through a camera and is passionate about documenting the joy of the human spirit as each unique story unfolds before him.
“My work is strongest when I can capture the spirit of a moment in a photograph, when people feel I’ve captured them in a way that is better than they have ever looked in photos before”. “I’m always on the look out and in tune with what’s unfolding before me, I’m able to quickly identify the timing of a great photograph — that’s it!– and in mere seconds turn that moment into a brilliant image. Crafting an image that is as unique as the moment itself. I have a simple rule that drives my photography: “make it look special”

As a graduate of Fine Arts, Kate’s eye for detail and sense of aesthetics compliment superbly the imagery of the photographers at Suede. Having completed several advanced Adobe Photoshop courses, Kate’s ability to transform great photographs into amazing prints means that each client receives images of an exceptional standard. Kate’s role at Suede extends beyond digital post-production, where she functions as the studio manager; ensuring the seemless running of day-to-day jobs; from the first meeting with clients to the final assembly of albums. With her background in, and love of fashion photography, Suede through Kate is expanding upon its already impressive fashion and glamour portfolio.
